🏡You’ve found the right home - but the auction is still two weeks away. Do you wait or make an offer now?

You can make a pre-auction offer, but it will generally need to be unconditional and strong enough for the owner to consider changing the campaign timeline. If the offer is accepted as the opening bid, the auction may be brought forward so other interested buyers can still compete.

Every campaign is different, so speak to the listing agent before deciding on your approach.
