Due to continued growth and outstanding procedures practices, Sweet Homes Queenstown is in the lookout for a new Head Housekeeper or Service Supervisor. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is one of our key roles within the business where we are collectively committed to delivering the best services and solutions.

From $26 to $30 (Depending on experience) - Full-time position minimum 30h guaranteed per week.

Main responsibilities:

Oversee and perform quality checks after housekeeping;
Assist in training new housekeepers and guide their induction into
their role;
Help with stock take and topping up of products;
Maintain great register and report any issues from any properties/clients' sites;
Assist team cleaning, stripping beds, making beds, removing dirty linen, and dropping off fresh linen;
Communication with clients and internal team;
Ensure compliance with standards and procedures;

Requirements:

Supervisor and Cleaning experience are essential (2+ years)

• General administration
