This one was a real pleasure to bring to market. A home that had clearly been loved and cared for over many years and you could feel that warmth the second you walked through the door. Huge congratulations to the new owners. We can’t wait to see the new chapter you create here and how you make the property your own.

The response to this home was awesome. We ran two open homes across just seven days and received four offers in total. We still have a large number of buyers who missed out, especially investors and first home buyers actively searching in the Tauranga market right now.
