Michael was raised on a farm in the Waimate district and has gained a wide range of farming experience working on mixed cropping, sheep & beef, stud, and dairy farms and as a shearer and stock agent. Along with this good practical grounding & having experienced purchasing, selling and leasing farms himself, Michael looked to Real Estate as a career where he can utilise his energy and “can do attitude”. He wants to be the one to give honest feedback, and provide you with options you may not see. Socially, sport has been a major part of Michael’s life, and his family’s. He has been involved in Rugby clubs for many years mostly in the Waimate & Pleasant Point area. Michael operates by understanding both sides of the fence, & listening to what his clients are trying to achieve, he is not afraid to ask questions & search for answers. Most importantly he feels good communication is essential & that it is especially vital after the viewing of a property to get in touch with the vendor within in hours of leaving with a quick phone call & an overview of how the visit went.
