🏡 Behind the scenes: protecting our clients' biggest asset

Before this property even hit the market, our condition report flagged something most people would walk straight past 👀

💧 Water was getting in behind the paint system on the weatherboards — and it had started to damage the timber underneath. Left through a Wellington winter, that's a small issue quietly turning into an expensive one.
