📉 May statistics from REINZ show that the median price in Lower Hutt City has increased slightly to $675,000 compared to $670,000 in April, and $720,000 in March.

📌 The lowest priced property sold was $250,000 and the highest priced property sold was $1,400,000.

🏡 There were 116 homes sold in May, compared to 141 in April, and 128 March. Presently there are 539 properties for sale in Lower Hutt.

📅 Average days to sell increased to 51 days, compared to 46 in April, and 47 days in March, 67 in February.
