Chrystall and I had such a lovely morning today volunteering at Taniwha Daffodils Central Hawkes Bay wrapping the beautiful daffodils.

It was the most gorgeous sunny day, and you could just feel the happiness everywhere. Everyone was smiling, enjoying the sunshine, and loving being part of such a special day.

What an amazing gesture it is to open the gates every year and raise money for different charities. The generosity and community spirit is truly wonderful.

This year, the funds are being raised for Central Hawke’s Bay Pregnancy & Parenting, Ruahine Whakawhanau Tamariki and Takapau Health Centre and what fantastic causes to support!

Thank you to everyone who makes this beautiful day possible. It was an absolute pleasure to be a small part of it.

This home hadn’t even hit the market when locals started talking, and before I knew it, I got the phone call.

A day later, the house had been viewed, an offer had been made, and it was accepted.

This amazing coastal property is now officially SOLD, and what a campaign it was.

I had no doubt this property was going to be popular, and it went under contract after the very first open home. I continued to take viewings, knowing there were still some very keen buyers who didn’t want to miss out.

That proved to be a great decision, with a backup offer coming into play and ultimately becoming the successful offer.

I’m incredibly excited for my lovely vendors, who can now move closer to their family, and for my purchasers, who have secured the most amazing home away from home.

Some properties just don’t make it to the open market.

I recently had clients who were wanting to sell and so I got the property listed and as we do every Tuesday, the team came along to view it, and things went a little crazy from there.

Within the next two days, three different agents from our team had completed four separate viewings with interested buyers.

The result. The property went into multi-offer and sold just two days later to clients.

Most importantly, my vendors are absolutely thrilled with the outcome.
