Quarterly Awards and Springboard

I love the way Harcourts celebrates success, but also gives us the opportunity to listen to some excellent speakers. This session presented by Jehan Casinader was centred around optimism, what takes your focus, time and energy and how the media can influence us with their 'disaster/breaking news'. Jehan was so engaging in his concepts and also with his practical tips. A few I am going to adopt;

Cleanse my apps
Notifications, email notifications and limits on when those ping through
I am going to 2 x speed my podcasts so I can consume the content I want faster but most of all;

Create my own reality, especially when the media is telling us so much negativity. New Zealand is a wonderful place to live. I am so grateful that I get to do a job that gives me purpose, helps others, has flexibility and the ability that the more I put in, the more I get out.

Congratulations to all my fab colleagues who got up on stage last week. Keep smashing those goals and create your own reality.

Clearly one of us is excited about the sold sign going up at 54b Fraser Ave, Johnsonville. 🤣 After 6 weeks working through a compliance issue with the council these wonderful and patient first home buyers finally got to pop that sold sign up. Congratulations to our buyers, thank you to our Vendor for their support. Helping families move on after the loss of a loved one is so fulfilling that sense of closure so important. And congratulations 🎉 to my colleague Chris McClelland-Hall Real Estate on his first official sale.
