One of my favourite traditions is celebrating my clients long after settlement day.

This week I'm celebrating the second anniversary of both the sellers and the purchasers of a home I had the privilege of helping with. Two years later, one family is reflecting on the chapter they closed, while another is celebrating the beautiful memories they've created in their home.

My way of saying thank you for allowing me to be part of such an important milestone in your lives.

Real estate has never been just about buying and selling homes for me—it's about people, relationships, and celebrating life's milestones together. Moments like these remind me why I love what I do. ❤️

I feel so privileged to have been part of today's Have a Heart Fashion Show as MC. What an absolute success it was! The room was filled with laughter, smiles, generosity, and an amazing sense of community.

A heartfelt thank you goes to the incredible organisers who poured countless hours into bringing this event to life. Your passion and dedication shone through in every detail. To every volunteer working behind the scenes and on the day itself – you are the heartbeat of events like these, and we couldn't do it without you.

To our wonderful models, sponsors, and everyone who contributed in ways big and small, thank you for making today so special.

And to everyone who attended – thank you for showing up, supporting such a worthwhile cause, and helping create such a warm, uplifting atmosphere. Your presence made all the difference.

I had so much fun and loved every minute of being part of such a special community event. Days like today remind me just how fortunate we are to live in a town where people genuinely care for one another.

A huge thank you to Countryman for your incredibly kind invitation to the opening night of 9 to 5 at Baycourt Theatre.

Sean and I had such a wonderful evening. It was the perfect way to celebrate his birthday, with a special night away in Tauranga before heading back home. The cast delivered an outstanding performance, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment.

Now it's back to reality and ready for today's open homes, with wonderful memories from a fantastic weekend. Wishing the entire cast and crew all the very best for the rest of the season—you've put together an incredible show!

There's something incredibly rewarding about helping someone into their new home… but sometimes it's the little moments afterwards that stay with you the longest.

When settlement day arrived, I wasn't quite sure what to give my purchaser as a gift. Knowing how much he loves his dog, I decided to make something by hand instead—a cosy dog bed and two little dog jerseys.

Today he sent me this photo of his beautiful four-legged companion wearing one of the jerseys, and it absolutely made my day.

Real estate has never been just about buying and selling homes for me. It's about people, their stories, and the things that make a house truly feel like home—including the furry family members who get to enjoy it too.

Congratulations once again on your new home, Steven. I wish you, your family, and your loyal companion many happy years and wonderful memories there. Thank you for allowing me to be part of such a special milestone.
