💚✈️ How many real estate companies do you know that would fly you to Auckland, put you up at the Quest Hotel in Newmarket AND feed you… all on the company?!
😍 ...One! and That Company is Arizto! 💚

Well… here I am! 💚

Tomorrow is a full day of training, connecting and learning — and I’m super excited to meet the owner of the company and the incredible support team working behind the scenes. 🙌💚

One of the things I’m loving about this new chapter is having the systems and support in place to take care of so much of the paperwork and admin — meaning I can spend more time doing what I love most…

🏡 Meeting people
💚 Sitting around the kitchen table
🔑 Helping people make their next move
🏡 And, of course… **selling houses!** 😜

Less time buried in paperwork.
More time with people.
More time doing what I’m good at. 💚

Well, I am here in Auckland! ✈️💚
Can’t wait to meet the Team tomorrow. He ra pai kei mua!
— Good things are ahead!

💚 BIG NEWS…

You may have guessed already from all the green posts lately… 😂💚

I’ve joined Arizto! 💚

It’s an exciting new chapter, and I’m looking forward to bringing my experience, passion and commitment into this next adventure.

After well over 20 years in real estate, I know that selling a whare (home) is about so much more than a sign on the lawn. It’s about people, whānau, connection, trust and achieving the right result.

So, same me, same passion… just a new shade of green! 💚

Wondering what your whare is worth in today’s market?

🏡 **REAL ESTATE… WITH A SIDE OF SAUNA 😂**

My office is currently undergoing a little renovation, so for now I’ve relocated to the spare room.

The glamorous life of a real estate agent… 😂

My temporary office setup includes:

💻 Laptop
📱 Phone
📂 No Paperwork, because I am now Totally Digital!!
☕ Coffee — obviously
🔥 And… a sauna sitting right beside me!

I’m not saying the pressure of the property market is getting to me… but at least I’ve got somewhere to sweat it out. 🤣

The renovation won’t last forever, but in the meantime, business continues as usual from my very fancy temporary headquarters.

If you need me, I’ll be in the spare room… contemplating whether a sauna counts as a legitimate business expense. 😂

Wondering what's the value of your home right now, give me a call, we can have a chat, a coffee, but I think we'll leave the sauna out of it!

💚🌿 Happy Father’s Day! 🌿💚

Today is all about celebrating the dads, stepdads, grandads, father figures and all the wonderful men who show up for their whānau.

He rā mō koutou — this day is for you! 💚

For the wisdom, the guidance, the laughs, the life lessons… and yes, even those classic Dad jokes! 😂

Thank you for the love and support you give, for the mahi you do behind the scenes, and for being there through all the ups and downs of life.

Whānau is everything.
Aroha, manaakitanga and connection are what make a family strong. 💚

So today, put your feet up, enjoy the cuppa, soak up the love and let yourself be celebrated. You deserve it!

To all the amazing dads out there — kia hari te Rā Pā! 💚
Happy Father’s Day!

Arohanui to you all. 💚🌿
