💙 Meet Lisa | Our Property Manager

We’re so excited to introduce you to Lisa, the newest member of the Just Listed Property Management team! 🏡✨

Lisa is one of those people who brings a bit of sunshine wherever she goes — bubbly, outgoing, friendly and always ready to get things done. 🥳

Outside of work, Lisa is a mum of three who loves the outdoors, camping, fishing, bush walks and spending time with her whānau. She loves entertaining family and friends, listening to music, cooking up a good roast (which she says are “to die for” 😋), and making the most of a sunny day.

Lisa has spent much of her career working with people, from bar management and customer service through to real estate sales and now property management. It was through these roles that she discovered her real strength — building relationships, understanding people and finding solutions.

Although Lisa came into property management with little experience, she certainly hasn't let that stop her! Over the past months, she has worked alongside Kylie, learning the ins and outs of property management, building her confidence and developing the skills needed to look after both landlords and tenants.

And what does Lisa love most about the job?

The people. ❤️

Getting to know landlords and tenants, finding common ground, solving problems, organising maintenance efficiently and simply getting things done.

Lisa believes great customer service comes down to listening, understanding and taking action — something we couldn't agree more with.

When asked what she brings to Just Listed Property Management, her answer was simple:
“I bring the party!” 🥳
And honestly… she does!

We're incredibly proud to have Lisa as part of our team. Her honesty, loyalty, friendliness, trustworthiness and bubbly personality make her someone our clients can rely on.
