45 Mountain View Road, Hikurangi is a great brick and tile house on 3.5acres (approx) that was listed in the dead of winter. As the market swiftly became quieter we had a few low offers, but the vendors and I perservared and continued with open homes and showings until the RIGHT buyers came through.
