This one was incredibly special.
Set in the highly sought-after Country Palms subdivision, this beautiful home was always going to turn heads. But for me, the real story started four years ago when I first met the owners.
When it finally came time to sell, they did what any smart homeowner would do—they called in a few different agencies to appraise their property.
