Some people seem to think a Realtor has to physically be in town 24/7 to do a great job. 😂

Let me clear that up: as long as I have my laptop, phone, Wi-Fi, and the right people in place, I can get the job done from just about anywhere. 🌎💻📱

My buyers are currently under contract, and I haven’t missed a beat. I’ve been texting and emailing my buyers, the seller, my transaction coordinator, and the lender throughout the entire process. If I didn’t tell them where I was, they would probably assume I was in the office. 😂

And if a property needs to be shown? I can hire another trusted Realtor to show it for me. That’s part of having a good network and knowing how to manage a transaction.

I’ve worked on deals while traveling in Egypt, the Dominican Republic, North Carolina, and plenty of other places. Being out of town doesn’t mean I’m unavailable or that my clients aren’t being taken care of.

Trust your Realtor (that Realtor is me 😂). Trust the process. And trust that a good Realtor knows how to get the job done—no matter where they are. 🏡🌎

🌴 Talk about perfect timing! 🌴

I had a palm tree in front of my house that was basically on its last leg, and I knew it was time to do something about it. 🥴🌴

While I was out walking my dog, I happened to see At Your Service Tree Service and Maintenance in my neighborhood finishing up another job. I stopped and asked if they would be willing to take a look at my palm tree and give me a quote.

Instead of just giving me a quote, they were able to remove the dying palm tree AND prune another palm tree right then and there — and they gave me a really great deal! 🙌

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were professional, friendly, quick, and made the whole process so easy.

Yesterday, In the middle of showing homes, my client asked, "Do you mind if we stop at 7-Eleven to grab a free Slurpee? It's July 11!"

My answer? "Absolutely!" 😄

A quick Slurpee break, then it was right back to touring homes and finding the perfect one. Sometimes it's the little moments that make the home-buying journey even more fun.

Closings are always a little bittersweet 💫

On one hand, there’s so much excitement—helping a client reach the finish line of buying or selling a home is such a rewarding feeling. But on the other hand, it means the journey we’ve shared together is coming to an end… and that part is never easy.

This closing was especially close to my heart. My buyer was purchasing her very first home, and being able to guide her through each step of the process was truly an amazing experience. Watching everything come together for her made it all worth it.

What I didn’t expect was the beautiful surprise she brought to the closing—roses and a heartfelt note that read, “Roses for Rose. Thank you for everything.” 🌹

I’m so used to being the one giving gifts, so this meant more to me than I can put into words. Moments like this remind me that this career is about so much more than real estate… it’s about relationships, trust, and the connections we build along the way.
