Pacific Palms Property is pleased to announce the appointment of Joseph Homer Macapagal (“Homer”) as General Manager – Facilities and Services, strengthening the Property Division’s executive leadership as PPP continues to enhance its Facilities and Services operations.
Homer brings over two decades of executive leadership experience in facilities, property, and asset management across healthcare, telecommunications, corporate services, and real estate, both in the Philippines and abroad. His career demonstrates a proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, manage large-scale portfolios, and deliver measurable financial results.
In his role, Homer will oversee PPP’s facilities and services across its entire property portfolio, ensuring assets are maintained to the highest standards while driving tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency. He will also manage the company’s fleet to ensure optimal performance and spearhead renovation projects designed to modernize properties and elevate tenant experiences.
