JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Project Manager
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7-10 years in construction project management.
• Leadership, communication, problem-solving skills, and project management expertise.

2. Project Engineer
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years in construction project ex*****on.
• Technical proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and engineering principles.

3. Quantity Surveyor
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years in cost estimation, budgeting, and contract management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

4. Foreman
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus.

Job Opportunities: Civil Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated professionals to join our team. If you have the qualifications and are looking for a dynamic work environment, we encourage you to apply!

General Qualifications:
-2 to 3 years of experience in the respective field
-Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
-Experienced in estimation
-Preferably a registered engineer
-Willing to work overtime
-Preferably based in Manila

Civil Engineer:
-Proficient in structural and architectural finishing works
-Experience in residential/vertical construction

Electrical Engineer:
