Following its groundbreaking in April, the Anflo Industrial Estate (AIE) Fire Substation has reached a major milestone with the completion of its construction and its official turnover to the Bureau of Fire Protection – Region XI on Wednesday morning, December 17, 2025, at AIE, Barangay San Pedro, Panabo City.

Strategically located at the AIE entrance, the newly completed facility stands ready to support rapid emergency response not only within AIE but also in nearby barangays including San Pedro, San Vicente, and Cagangohan—serving the area’s growing economic activity and population.

AIE–DLPC Partnership I Enabling Economic Expansion

Anflo Industrial Estate (AIE) and Davao Light and Power Company (DLPC) continue to advance Panabo City’s position as a strategic industrial corridor in Davao del Norte through coordinated infrastructure development and long-term capacity planning.

The commissioning of the 43MVA San Pedro Substation marks a key infrastructure milestone supporting AIE’s sustained growth. The facility is designed to meet increasing power demands within the estate, enhance service reliability, and provide cost-efficient electricity to both locators and surrounding communities.

This development aligns with AIE’s mandate to enable high-value industrial activity and supports broader regional objectives related to employment generation, investment attraction, and supply chain expansion.
