Summer is a popular time for home improvement projects, but before you begin, remember to submit your Architectural Review (ARC) application for any exterior changes that require approval.

Common projects that may need approval include:

🏠 Roof replacements and other exterior modifications

Submitting your application before work begins helps:
✅ Ensure your project complies with community guidelines
