The mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are the quiet architecture beneath the architecture: the things you'll never notice, precisely because they were designed to disappear. Seeing the vision and the engineering move through the space as one is where a house truly begins to come alive.

Project Vitala is a luxury wellness estate in Buckhead that we've been designing with intention from day one — where every structural decision serves the way the homeowner will actually live inside it.

First floor framing just went up. We captured it as a cinematic ASMR reel, because some moments in construction deserve to be felt, not just documented.
