Low Country Haven is taking shape in Charleston.

We’re back on site with Randy, Senior Project Manager, as framing continues and the second floor begins to come together.

Right now, the team is working through second-floor trusses, point loads, intersecting steel beams, and the structural details required to properly transfer the weight of the home down to its foundation.

It’s technical work, but it’s also where great architecture depends on thoughtful ex*****on.

With a strong plan from the engineering and architecture teams, every connection is being carefully considered to ensure what was designed on paper performs exactly as intended in the field.

Another look behind the walls of Low Country Haven, and another step closer to bringing this home to life.

Throwback Thursday: today we’re spotlighting Project Foxcroft, an incredible build in collaboration with Bradford Custom Homes.

We kept this pool design simple, emphasizing a clean, modern pool and spa that feels like a natural extension of the home. Everything was laid out to stay open and connected, with subtle water features and quiet, intentional details throughout.

This is the kind of space that works just as well for hosting football on the weekends as it does for slow mornings or easy evenings as fall sets in.

Great few days in San Diego at PCBC 2026!

Brad had the opportunity to join the Buildertrend team at their booth, connect with builders and industry leaders from across the country, and spend time talking about where the building industry is headed.

Events like PCBC are always a great reminder of how valuable it is to get outside of the day-to-day, exchange ideas with other professionals, and bring new perspectives back to our team and the homes we build.

A big thank you to Buildertrend for having Brad out and for continuing to create opportunities to bring the building community together.

Project Vitala x Blue Vision | Episode 01

Welcome to the first episode of our Project Vitala x Blue Vision series, where we explore the thoughtful details, integrated technology, and architectural design choices shaping this one-of-a-kind home.

Throughout the series, we’ll take you behind the scenes to see how function becomes part of the architecture, with each episode highlighting a detail designed to enhance the experience of the space without competing with it.

We begin with Project Vitala’s floating staircase.

Along the staircase, recessed LED lighting will be concealed within the shadow gap, creating a soft line of illumination that follows each step.

By day, the staircase stands as an architectural centerpiece. By night, the integrated lighting transforms it, providing functional step lighting while highlighting the form, depth, and movement of the design.

No visible fixtures. No unnecessary distractions. Just light, architecture, and detail working together.

Because sometimes the smallest details completely change how a space is experienced.

The last walkthrough is never really about the house. It's about the people who trusted us to build it.

Today we returned to Project Oak Valley one more time, not with a punch list, but with a bottle of wine and a few gifts to say what matters most: thank you. Thank you for your vision, your patience, and your trust from the first sketch to the final handoff.

A home is walls and windows until a family makes it theirs. We're honored we got to build the beginning of that story.

Another great Curious Builder Collective in the books.

Our August Collective brought together builders and industry professionals for an open conversation around Team Management, Hiring & Firing.

From finding the right people and building a strong company culture to navigating difficult conversations and knowing when it’s time to make a change, we shared real experiences and lessons that come with building and leading a team.

A big thank you to Construction Resources for hosting us and to everyone who joined the conversation and continues to make the Atlanta Curious Builder Collective such a valuable community.

Now, we have one final Collective left in 2026.
