Before building beautiful communities from the ground up, Grenadier had to build our company the same way. We began in Uptown Dallas, seeing an opportunity to make a name for ourselves through retail and small apartment renovations. Quickly moving i
nto new construction, we expanded our portfolio and presence in Dallas throughout the years, gaining a reputation of excellence as we spread throughout the Metroplex. And with new communities coming soon, there’s sure to be a Grenadier home calling your name. Grenadier’s founders – John Egnatis and Anthony Natale – met in 1970, when Anthony’s father was building custom homes for both his and John’s families. John and Anthony developed a fast friendship, built on a shared love of hockey. In fact, the two would play for hours on end – both on the street and on the ice at Grenadier Pond. So began the journey that would eventually lead to the founding of Grenadier Homes.
