Grenadier Homes is a New Home Builder in DFW known for designing and crafting homes and communities with a focus on intentional design, lasting quality, and effortless living. Before building beautiful communities from the ground up, Grenadier had to build our company the same way. We began in Uptown Dallas, seeing an opportunity to make a name for ourselves through retail and small apartment renovations. Quickly moving into new construction, we expanded our portfolio and presence in Dallas throughout the years, gaining a reputation of excellence as we spread throughout the Metroplex. And with new communities coming soon, there’s sure to be a Grenadier home calling your name. Grenadier’s founders – John Egnatis and Anthony Natale – met in 1970, when Anthony’s father was building custom homes for both his and John’s families. John and Anthony developed a fast friendship, built on a shared love of hockey. In fact, the two would play for hours on end – both on the street and on the ice at Grenadier Pond. So began the journey that would eventually lead to the founding of Grenadier Homes.

Employee Spotlight: Eloy, Purchasing Coordinator

Eloy has been with the Grenadier Homes for over 11 years! While he is busy keeping construction on track and maintaining vendor relationships, he also enjoys the variety of his day to day as well as his co-workers. He said, “Since I’ve been here, there’s never been an employee I didn’t get along with.” And after 11 years, that’s saying something! Being the avid sports-fan that he is, we are grateful for his efforts and commitment to this Grenadier Team.

For over 6 years, Rubi has been a leader in the crucial process of procuring materials, services, and labor needed to build Grenadier’s homes. From cultivating strong working relationships with trade partners to collaborating across departments, she goes above and beyond to ensure each team has what they need to keep our homes moving forward. Named employee of the year in 2022, Rubi shares a few highlights from her time here: “I get to work alongside great people. I also enjoy how Grenadier encourages their work family to prioritize work/life balance.
