Bringing a little Cuba to Confluence this weekend with our Ropa Vieja. Translated to mean old clothing, this delicious shredded beef simmered in garlic, onions, and cumin tastes nothing of the sort. Come grab yours before the inevitable sell out this weekend!

If you are in good shape... the riding is limitless toward Confluence and through Somerset County! Otherwise, start in Confluence or Harnedsville and enjoy the GAP Trail!
