Our VP and senior operations leaders spent time together in Dallas this week for collaboration, connection, and a little time outside of the usual day-to-day.

This group supports teams and communities across Highmark Residential’s portfolio, from different states, regions, and time zones. Having everyone in the same place creates space for real conversations, shared laughs, and the kind of connection that is hard to build through emails and calls alone.

Our North Florida Jacksonville team at Highmark Residential recently participated in a meaningful Highmark Gives: Home Away from Home service day supporting Ronald McDonald House Charities of Jacksonville.

During their visit, our team helped support the families served by RMHC Jacksonville by baking brownies, restocking supplies, painting baseboards, and lending a hand wherever it was needed most.

At Highmark Residential, our commitment to community extends beyond the apartment communities we serve. Opportunities like this reflect the compassion, generosity, and serviceminded spirit of our teams.

Please join us in celebrating Kenneth Lightfoot, Tech Support Analyst, on 10 years with Highmark Residential.

After earning his degree in at ITT Technical Institute in Little Rock, Arkansas, Kenneth joined Highmark Residential early in his technology career, bringing a strong willingness to learn and a commitment to supporting others. Over the past decade, he has grown alongside the company and the IT team, building his expertise while helping associates and communities stay connected and supported.

In his role, Kenneth supports technology needs across the organization, including the important work involved in welcoming new communities to Highmark Residential. His contributions help ensure teams have the tools, systems and support needed to operate successfully from the start.
Kenneth’s reliability, helpful approach and dedication to his work have made him a valued member of the Highmark Residential team.

Outside of work, Kenneth enjoys fishing, playing golf, watching sports and spending time with his family.

We’re pleased to welcome Ashley Nadeau to Highmark Residential as Regional Manager for the Carolinas region.

Ashley joins Highmark Residential with 17 years of multifamily housing experience, bringing a strong background in property management, regional operations, and team leadership. Known for her hands-on leadership style and operational expertise, Ashley is passionate about building high-performing teams and supporting communities with consistency and care.

Her role contributes directly to property management ex*****on, team development, and resident experience across our apartment communities. Ashley’s focus on driving results, cultivating strong team cultures, and supporting onsite teams will play an important role in maintaining performance across the Highmark Residential portfolio.

Outside of work, Ashley is a proud mom to 9-year-old twin boys and pet mom to her mini Goldendoodle, Bella, Bernedoodle, Gracie, and cat, Pedro. Originally from Ohio, with family in Boston, Ashley is also a big sports fan and proudly cheers on the New England Patriots, Boston Red Sox, and Ohio State Buckeyes. She also enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Please join us in celebrating Amanda Burkham, Controller/Audit Manager, on an incredible 20 years with Highmark Residential.

Amanda joined the company after graduating from college, beginning a career that has grown alongside Highmark Residential for two decades. Over the years, she has supported many important transitions, including the financial reporting requirements during the company’s four years on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Amanda has continued to play an important role in supporting accounting operations, multiple audit teams, and the day-to-day financial work that helps support the company’s continued growth. Her experience, consistency, and steady commitment have made a lasting impact on the teams and partners she supports across the organization.

Outside of work, Amanda enjoys traveling and exploring new countries, attending concerts, gardening, and tackling home improvement projects.

Please join us in celebrating Angie Logsdon, Regional Manager in our South-Atlantic region, on 10 incredible years with Highmark Residential.

Angie’s multifamily career began as a part-time leasing associate while she was in college, and her journey has grown into a regional leadership role supporting apartment communities, onsite teams, and residents across the South Atlantic portfolio.

Her path reflects the kind of growth, dedication, and hands-on property management experience that strengthens our teams and communities. From her early days in leasing to her role today as Regional Manager, Angie brings a steady, people-focused approach to leadership and a strong understanding of what it takes to help communities perform well.

Outside of work, Angie and her husband stay busy with their two teenage boys and their full sports schedules. When they are not running from one game to the next, they enjoy spending time together at home.

Michelle brings more than 20 years of experience to our team, with a career that began right here in Annapolis, Maryland. Because she started as a leasing associate, she has a natural, hands-on understanding of what it takes to make a community thrive. She truly believes that home is more than just a floor plan - it’s about the people and the experiences that happen there every day.

We are so proud of our North Florida team for their recent day of service at Edward Medard Conservation Park. Our associates rolled up their sleeves to beautify the park facilities and worked together to remove over 400 pounds of invasive weeds to help the local ecosystem thrive. 🌿

This effort is the heart of Highmark Gives. For us, outreach isn't just a corporate initiative; it’s a personal commitment to being good neighbors and stewards of the land we share. A huge thank you to our team members who dedicated their time and energy to making a real, tangible difference in Hillsborough County.
