In recognition of Homeless Awareness Month, join us at Share the Warmth for a special evening of food, creativity, compassion, and community!

We're excited to come together with Lenawee Continuum of Care for a Community Meal & Rock Painting event to bring people together, build connections, and show support for individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Lenawee County.

🍲 COMMUNITY MEAL
Come together, share a warm meal, enjoy conversation, and experience the power of community.

🎨 ROCK PAINTING
Get creative and paint a rock with a message of kindness, hope, or encouragement! All supplies will be provided.

🙌 WANT TO MAKE AN EVEN BIGGER DIFFERENCE?

We're looking for volunteers to help:
❤️ Set up for the event
❤️ Donate or prepare food
❤️ Serve meals
❤️ Help with cleanup

Because of the incredible generosity of our community, Share the Warmth has gone from facing the possibility of closing our doors to being just $8,000 away from reaching our $45,000 goal! ❤️

Over the past few weeks, we have witnessed something truly amazing. Neighbors helping neighbors. Businesses stepping up. Families giving what they can. A community coming together to make sure those experiencing homelessness have a safe place to turn.

Wow. Two weeks ago, we launched an urgent campaign to keep our doors open. Because of this incredible community, we've raised and secured pledges totaling $37,000.

We're so close.

We now need just $8,000 more to reach our goal and ensure Share the Warmth can continue serving individuals and families who rely on us.

We have some encouraging news to share! Thanks to the generosity of our amazing community, Share the Warmth of Lenawee — Helen’s House has been able to keep our doors open for another week! ❤️

Every donation, every pledge, every shared post, and every act of kindness is helping us continue providing shelter, hope, and support to those who need it most.

🙏 THANK YOU to everyone who has stepped up during this critical time. You are making a real difference in the lives of people who need a safe place to turn.

A warm meal can mean so much to someone who is going through a difficult time.

Our shelter is looking for individuals, families, churches, businesses, and community groups willing to donate and prepare dinner for our shelter guests.
