Okay, how cool is this?! 🏡✨

I currently have TWO historic homes under contract at the same time — both built in the 1800s, both tucked in the most adorable little towns of Abbeville and Ridge Spring, and both true masterpieces frozen in time.

Representing One seller and — and two buyers.

So excited for my buyers who get to carry these homes into their next chapter. I can't imagine everything these houses have already seen... but I'm so excited for what they're about to see next.
