Last night, I taught my agents in Productivity Coaching about the Six Personal Perspectives. Six mindsets that can change the way you approach your business, your goals, and even yourself.

Real estate is about so much more than learning contracts and showing houses. It requires you to think big, take purposeful action, stay focused, remain accountable, and keep moving forward when the results don’t come as quickly as you hoped.

That is one of the things I love most about coaching: helping agents build the confidence, mindset, and practical skills they need to create a business that truly supports the life they want.

Heading to Keller Williams International for Coaching Skills Camp, and I’m excited to spend the next few days learning, growing, and sharpening my skills as a coach and agent.

One thing I’ve learned in real estate is that you never really “arrive.” There’s always another level of growth, and if I’m going to challenge the agents I coach to keep learning and getting better, I want to be doing the same.

Investing in myself so I can better invest in others. ❤️

Now I head home to get ready to watch football! 🏈

I took a picture of two of my newer agents who are in productivity coaching while I was teaching class last night. I love that our brokerage is so family friendly and I love that real estate is a field that people can build their business alongside their families.

As a mom and grandmother it makes me smile to see these agents showing up to learn and also feel comfortable enough to bring their babies. I love investing in them and all the others each week.

Every listing represents someone who trusted me with their home, their plans, and a big life decision. I don’t take that trust lightly.
