Originally, Thayer was raised in Hermiston, Oregon and went to college in Eastern Oregon University and University of Portland, earning a bachelor’s degree in accounting. After spending a few years building a business as an accountant, Thayer realized that although he loved the deep analysis of finance but he was missing the relational interactions of getting to know clients on a personal level. Upon entering the real estate industry, Thayer discovered his natural drive to collect and analyze data in an organized manner paired with his genuine desire help people carry out their goals has produced a career that he loves and looks forward to daily. The foundation of his business is built around ethics and integrity and he holds a paramount professional standard to provide services to people in a manner which establishes trust over the many milestones that can occur in life. Part of Thayer’s regular business practices include studying the statistics of the local and national real estate markets and he also stays on top of the latest technology in real estate.
