Front elevation at Ryan Joe Cir in the Rough Creek Lodge community of Iredell, TX. Texas limestone exterior with dark standing seam metal roofing across layered gable forms. Dark metal board and batten accent siding breaking up the stone. Stained wood timber columns and beams framing the covered front porch. Wood entry door with sidelights. Black-framed windows throughout both stories. Xeriscape front yard with river rock, black mulch beds, yucca plantings, and limestone retaining walls leading up to the entry.

Stone, metal, and wood. Three materials doing all the talking on a Texas hill country build.

Full-height panel molding on every wall with a matching coffered ceiling overhead in a soft sage tone. Brass ring chandelier with white linen shades. Four boucle swivel chairs arranged around a fluted drum coffee table with a marble top and brass base. Cream cube ottomans flanking an oak console with oversized abstract art and a charcoal ceramic vase. Olive tree catching natural light by the window.

Dark wood pedestal dining table seating eight in boucle upholstered chairs. Oversized round wood-framed mirror set into the curved wall. Antique credenza with ceramic lamps and original art. Horizontal cable railing with a dark metal frame and brass cap rail leading up to a loft landing with shiplap paneling. Sculptural iron orb chandelier suspended in the full volume. Tall clerestory windows stacking natural light down both stories. Glass-enclosed w**e room with backlit live-edge wood slabs visible just off the entry. Steel and glass front door. Wide-plank oak hardwood with natural knots catching afternoon light across the floor.

The front door opens and the entire home introduces itself in one frame.

Black steel-framed French doors opening to the backyard. Cognac leather club chairs, a petrified wood side table, and a vintage Turkish runner layered over wide-plank oak hardwood floors. Gold-framed vintage mirror leaning at the landing.
