If you’re a contractor or provide services to homeowners, please be aware and stay cautious. There is a scam going around, and I’ve already received several calls and text messages from contractors regarding some of our listings.

Scammers may use real active or under-agreement listings to contact contractors and request work on properties they do not own.

⚠️ If anything seems suspicious, contact the listing agent directly to verify the request before doing any work or going to the property.

Please share this information with other contractors and service providers. Let’s all stay informed and help prevent someone from becoming a victim of this scam.
