📈 LEHIGH VALLEY MARKET UPDATE 📈

The spring market is heating up again and the numbers are proving it.

➡️ Pending sales in the Lehigh Valley jumped 18.5%➡️ Median home prices climbed to $360,000➡️ Homes are averaging just 23 days on market➡️ Sellers are still receiving OVER asking price on average at 101.4% of list price➡️ Inventory remains extremely low at just a 1.2 month supply

What does that actually mean?

Well-priced homes are still moving FAST, buyers are still competing, and many sellers are sitting on significantly more equity than they realize.

What’s interesting is that a lot of homeowners are still waiting for “rates to improve” before making a move. But if inventory stays this tight, values may continue holding stronger than many expected.

If you’ve thought about selling, upgrading, downsizing, or even just want to know what your home could realistically command in today’s market, now’s the time to start the conversation.
