Beyond thankful for this award and recognition for 2025. Candidly it was a hard year professionally - so many deals that shoulda, woulda, coulda. It was a hard for a lot of people...many experienced market instability, job loss, high interest rates...I could go on and on. However, we persevere and often times find growth in the "harder" years.

I am thankful that almost all my clients in 2025 were referrals or past clients. Continued trust in me to assist with your biggest asset is the highest compliment I will ever receive. 💓

Although it's cold and only February, Spring market is upon us and we are seeing renewed interest and motivation in the housing market; rates have lowered, inventory has increased and buyers are out ready to buy. ✨️

I have a feeling this home is going to become one of my favorites. The home is 36 years old and was built by the original owners, who are now 80. They are ready for a new family to inhabit the space and sent one of *the* kindest messages to my buyers, expressing how much love and happiness was created in this home over the past 36 years.

How's the market in your area? Now more than ever it's imperative to be mindful of the numbers on the selling and the buying side! What's interesting to me, is that in most areas we are seeing an increased number of homes for sale, an increased number of homes sold and an increase in the sales price. However, we also have an increase in inventory. What does that mean? Simply put, good-priced homes are selling and are prices throughout metro Atlanta are stable. But, sellers do have more competition so it's important to set yourself out from the crowd whether that be with competitive pricing, an updated home or buyer incentives.
