Here is a breakdown of the July 2026 stats across Alpharetta, Milton, Johns Creek, Canton, Roswell, and Cu***ng:

◾️ Johns Creek & Canton are surging—inventory is up over 50% and homes sold are up dramatically (+21.6% and +40% year-over-year).

◾️ Alpharetta sees tighter new inventory (-11%), but total homes for sale increased +11.5%, with homes selling fast in just 16 days on average.

◾️Roswell & Cu***ng are seeing properties stay on the market longer (+90% and +28%), giving buyers more negotiating room.
