Closing Day!
The very best part of this job isn’t the houses (though this one is SO beautiful how can you not fall in love)—it’s the relationships with the people.

Today was extra special because I got to help an old friend, someone I’ve always looked up to. We were able to reconnect again through the sale of their home.

But along the way, I gained a new BFF who happens to be approximately 4 years old. And, my new knowledge of Mario Brothers and toy turtles made from coconut shells is pretty priceless.

Real estate may be about buying and selling homes, but the relationships, memories, and unexpected friendships along the way are what make this career so rewarding.

Congratulations to my friend on closing this chapter, and thank you for letting me be part of it!

Buy the flowers. Also, shout out to Trader Joe's for always having the best most unique flowers for the best price.

Because sometimes we follow trends and ask A.I. silly things: Describe me like your trying to warn someone about me before they meet me. 😅

Fair warning before you meet Kinsey: she’s warm, funny, and generous—but don’t confuse her kindness with weakness. She manages three teenagers, three jobs, real estate deals, rental-property chaos, and everyone else’s emergencies before most people finish their coffee.

She notices everything, remembers the details, and will absolutely call you out if your words and actions don’t match. She loves fiercely, works relentlessly, and gives more chances than she probably should—but once she’s truly done, the door doesn’t just close. It gets locked, professionally photographed, and listed by Monday.
