🚨SOLD!🚨

Huge congratulations to Kim and Nate on officially closing on their new home in Ankeny! 🎉

A few years ago, I helped these two purchase a townhome in SW Ankeny that just so happened to be directly across the street from us!
Last August, we moved to the NE corner of town.
Now, by total coincidence, Kim and Nate are officially our neighbors once again 🤯 Just a quick Louie walk away! 🐶

To top it off.. no joke - their closing date landed exactly on our own home anniversary date 🤣
Can’t make it up, it was meant to be! 🏡

We are still working with the builder to smooth out a few kinks, which happens from time to time - but there is sunshine ahead, new memories in this home, and a few deck drinks waiting on the other side 😉🍻
