I saw a report from NAR yesterday that said that over 70% of agents sold ZERO properties last year and less than 1% sold over 30, and I was closer to 40 sold. I guess I'm a "one percenter"! I don't know how the agents selling nothing can survive. The fees alone for the local and national dues, the local MLS quarterly fees, the E & O Insurance, etc. is thousands of dollars a year.

Just another reason for me to once again say THANK YOU to all my customers and clients putting their faith in me.
