Some home searches happen quickly. Others take a little more time.

When Andy and Peg first reached out to me last summer, they were living in the Houston area and looking to make their way back to Iowa after spending more than a decade away.

Their goal was simple: find the right home and be closer to family, friends, and their roots.

Over the past year, we toured more than 20 homes, wrote offers, and even went under contract on two properties that ultimately weren’t the right fit.

It would have been easy to get discouraged, but they stayed patient, trusted the process, and kept their focus on finding the right home - not just any home.

Today, that patience paid off.

Andy and Peg are officially closed and settling into their beautiful new home in Clive.

It was an absolute pleasure helping them through this journey, and I’m grateful they trusted me every step of the way.

What an amazing time we had at the World Cup. Lionel Messi is magic. The man is a goat. The moment he touches the ball, it’s game on. So amazing to see Lionel Messi live and watch him get a hat trick. What a game.

Most importantly, getting to spend that time with my dad was just as amazing. We don’t get to do this much, so it meant something special to me. Definitely a bucket list item checked off!
