BIG 3! Three years ago this month, we opened the doors to the Ankeny Uptown Precision office!

I could not be more proud of this group. The collaboration. The culture. The community. And most importantly, the agents who show up and put in the work day in and day out. The growth I have seen in these people is amazing.

Becoming a co owner honestly happened out of the blue. I said yes to the opportunity, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. PENDING in Des Moines👏🏼

Congrats to Chris and Anne-Marie!

We hit the market strong two weeks ago and ended up in a multiple-offer situation with 3 very strong offers. We walked through each one together, and Chris & Anne-Marie made the decision that made the most sense for them.

We actually kept the home active through the inspection period as extra protection for them. After getting through that last night, we’re officially PENDING and on our way to closing in the next few weeks.

A big part of this success came down to pricing and strategy.

Chris & Anne-Marie put a ton of work into this home, and we could have pushed the price even further. But we wanted to be realistic about the market, create traction right away, and get as many eyes on the property as possible.

The combination of the right price, professional photos and video, a strong launch, and all the work they put into getting the home ready gave us a great start.

Pricing matters. Strategy matters. And in today’s market, how you bring a home to market can make a big difference.
