The first photo was taken at the Executive Fitness Center on the top floor of World Trade Center 3. That’s me in the middle, and my office was on the right. I loved working there and will always cherish the memories and friendships I made during those years.
Twenty-five years later, September 11th still feels incredibly personal. Today I remember my brother-in-law, David Garcia, who worked for Marsh & McLennan in the North Tower, along with the friends, coworkers, first responders, and countless others we lost that day and those we have continued to lose from 9/11-related illnesses.
Thinking of every family whose life was forever changed.
I will never forget. ❤️🙏🇺🇸

🚨This is such great news for Maryland Teachers and First Responders looking to buy their first home! 🏡
This new MMP program offers eligible buyers a loan equal to 5% of their first mortgage to help with the down payment and closing costs. It’s a 0% interest, 30-year deferred loan with no monthly payments.

Recieved this example from a trusted local lender Craig Gough with Bay Capital Mortgage Corporation : With an FHA loan, the down payment is typically 3.5%. This assistance could cover the entire down payment and leave another 1.5% to help with closing costs! The lender who shared this with me also said the current published rate is 0.5% lower than other MMP down payment assistance options.
