WE MADE IT TO THE CLOSING TABLE!

My friend Kim and I started this journey the first week of February, and today we can officially say CLOSED! 🥂

This journey required a lot of patience, persistence, flexibility, and a whole lot of communication. We changed lenders, changed course, hit unexpected roadblocks, regrouped, brainstormed, and kept moving forward.

Through it all, Kim remained positive and focused on the bigger picture. She has some amazing plans for this 3+ acres of land, including building her dream home, and I’m so excited to watch her vision come to life. 🏡

And personally, this closing is extra special because it marks my first land transaction as a Realtor! I learned a lot, stayed the course, and most importantly, we got my client to the closing table.

Congratulations, Kim!!

Now let the building begin. I can’t wait to see the finished product! ❤️
