Every summer, I donate a backpack filled with school supplies in honor of my clients with a child entering kindergarten. My goal is to support those who are less fortunate by providing them with the essential supplies they need for a successful school year.

If you have a child starting kindergarten, please remind me! We have a list of 7 so far but we don't want to forget our favorite youngest clients and honor them as they embark on this journey.

Some homes just feel like they're meant to be.

My clients had one clear vision: a charming home near the water with plenty of space for them and their beloved cats to settle in.

When this Annapolis home hit the market, we didn't waste a minute. Even a little car trouble on the way to the first showing couldn't stop them. They were determined to see it because something told them this could be the one.

The moment we walked through the door, they knew. We quickly arranged a pre-inspection so we could submit the strongest offer possible, and despite competing with multiple offers, everything came together just as it was meant to.

Sometimes the best real estate stories begin with a simple question.

In mid-March, my clients reached out wondering what their home along the Bay might be worth. They were considering renting it but wanted to understand the current market before making a decision. Rather than guessing, we explored both options. I prepared a detailed market analysis and connected them with a short-term rental company so they had all the information they needed to make the right choice for their family.
