As a Realtor, I have a fiduciary responsibility to put my clients needs first, always. And I strive to do this. Did you know that other professions don't have to? Obvious, probably. But I have learned over the past week or so that some plumbing and HVAC companies pay their workers on commission, so that they are incentivized to do more work than you need, for more money than is necessary. Let me know if you have questions about this, or need a recommendation for a good plumber or HVAC company. I got you. EDIT: I am not looking for a plumber or HVAC company at the moment.
