Seeing Novara full of people for the first time felt pretty special.

Last week, we celebrated the grand opening of the first 76 homes in our 152-unit community and took a moment to recognize just how many people helped bring Novara to life. From the earliest plans to opening the doors, this project has been a true team effort.

A huge thank you to RODAC, Excel, our SPARK team, the Village of Ashwaubenon, and the Greater Green Bay Chamber for helping us celebrate with such a meaningful ribbon cutting.

Novara is a big milestone for SPARK as our first Class A apartment community, and we’re incredibly proud of what it has become. Thoughtfully designed homes, modern amenities, and a location with so much to love.

And to everyone who joined us to celebrate, thank you. We’re so glad we got to share the day with you.

With 76 homes now open and more still to come, we’re grateful for everyone who helped get us here and excited for what’s next.

One Astor Park in the making.

It’s been a strong summer of progress on site, and we’re excited to keep that momentum going. Wood framing is up next, marking another major milestone for the project. 🏗️

Come hang at the Spark office with us! ✨

A little look around our space and the people behind everything we're working on.

We may be biased, but we think it's a pretty great place to be 🤍

Seeing the first building open its doors is such a rewarding milestone, and we’re incredibly thankful for the RODAC, LLC team, our property management team, and everyone who helped make this community possible.

With six buildings planned for Eagle Heights, we’re looking forward to seeing each one completed and welcoming more residents throughout the community.

Our hearts are with everyone affected by the devastating storms and tornado damage throughout our community.

We are praying for the families facing unimaginable loss, those whose homes and businesses have been damaged, and everyone navigating the difficult days ahead. We are also incredibly grateful for the first responders, utility crews, volunteers, and neighbors who have already stepped up to help.

In moments like this, we are reminded of the strength of our community. We will stand together, support one another, and move forward side by side.

For those who have been affected, and those looking for ways to help here are several local resources and opportunities for support:

• The Wandering Table is providing free lunches to anyone affected by the storms, along with first responders, and any others assisting with recovery.

Time is your most valuable asset, and owning an investment property shouldn’t take all of it.

The right property management team gives you the freedom to focus on your family, your business, and what’s next—while knowing your property and residents are well cared for.

Let SPARK take the day-to-day off your plate, so your investment can work for you.

A great development starts long before construction begins.

At Spark Development, choosing a site means looking beyond what works today. We study the market, the community, and the long-term potential to create places that feel like they truly belong, and are built to serve residents for years to come.

Because the goal isn’t simply to build. It’s to create something durable, thoughtful, and valuable to the community around it.
