We are excited to announce that Manny Vasquez has joined SPARK Development Co. as Chief Operations Officer. In this role, Manny will oversee operations across our growing portfolio, helping to drive ex*****on, scale development efforts, and support SPARK’s continued expansion throughout Northeast Wisconsin and beyond.
Manny brings extensive experience in commercial real estate, business and economic development, public-private partnerships, and strategic growth. With a proven track record of building relationships, working collaboratively, and driving results, he will play a key role in advancing our mission to deliver high-quality multifamily and mixed-use developments.
