Golden's Clear Creek Canyon Trail has quickly become one of our favorite local discoveries. Just minutes from downtown Golden, this paved trail follows Clear Creek through the canyon, making it a great spot for a morning walk, an afternoon bike ride, or a peaceful evening stroll.

A few reasons we love it:

🚶 A wide, paved trail that's perfect for walking, running, biking, and strollers.

🌊 Clear Creek flows alongside much of the trail, with plenty of places to pause and enjoy the sound of rushing water.

🏔️ Towering canyon walls and mountain views make it easy to forget you're only minutes from town.

🧺 Pack a picnic or grab a bite in downtown Golden before or after your adventure.

🐑 Keep an eye out for bighorn sheep—you might spot them climbing the canyon walls.
