One of the most important parts of preparing a home for the market happens before the photography begins.

When I look at a space before a shoot, I’m paying attention to more than whether it looks “nice.”

I’m looking at how the natural light is working in the room, whether the furniture feels proportional to the space, what may be creating unnecessary visual clutter, and where the eye naturally lands.

Those details can make a real difference in how a home photographs and, ultimately, how a buyer experiences it online.

Good presentation isn’t about disguising a property or making it look like something it isn’t.

It’s about helping buyers clearly see what’s already there.
