I would like to tell you a story about my friend Adam.

My friend needed a house before his son landed in America. Not just any house. Right school district, right neighborhood, not to far from downtown Ft. Worth and it had to have a pool, no negotiating on that last one. He found “the one.” Problem was, everybody else found it too. It went under contract twice before we ever got a shot at it.

I won’t pretend there weren’t times I thought we’d lost it. Every round threw a new curveball. But we got it done. Under asking. With a big seller credit. And in time for his son to walk into a home!

He jokes he picked me because he went to war with my husband. I like to think he picked me because he knows I’m a BADA$$ and he knew I was going to go to war for him too.
