From the Classroom to the Boardroom!
I am honored to have been invited to return to my alma mater, The University of Texas at Arlington (UTA), College of Business, as a guest speaker for Business Week 2026!
This evening, I'll have the opportunity to share real-world insights with students in the College of Business discussing entrepreneurship, leadership, strategic decision-making, and what it truly takes to build and sustain a business.
As the Founder & Managing Broker of Upton Real Estate, LLC, I've learned that success isn't simply about having a vision. It's about having the courage to pursue it, the discipline to execute it, and the wisdom to adapt when the journey doesn't go as planned.
One thing I know for certain: Experience is a powerful teacher, but sharing what we've learned is how we help prepare the next generation of leaders.
I'm grateful for the opportunity to give back to the university that helped shape my professional journey and to pour into the next generation of entrepreneurs, executives, and business leaders.
Leadership isn't just about what we accomplish. It's also about who we inspire and empower along the way.
