Selling a house while you’re still living in it sounds simple until real life gets involved. 😵‍💫

The showings, the cleaning, the pets, the kids, the work calls, the laundry pile you just remembered exists...it adds up fast.

That’s why the showing plan matters before the house goes live.

Not because your home has to look perfect every second of the day, but because buyers need access and you need a plan that doesn’t make you lose your mind.

RIP wallet? 👛

Virginia just became the 15th state to let you add your driver’s license or state ID to Apple Wallet.

Convenient? Absolutely. Ready to actually throw out my wallet? Probably not.

Remember, you still need your physical ID as backup.
