Centerpoint continues to make strong progress as the project moves closer to completion. The motel’s common areas and units have been completed.⁠

The Community Building has finished the production drywall phase and has now transitioned into interior finishes. In addition, site work and landscaping activities are underway.⁠

Overall, we are approaching the final stages of the project and remain on track for turnover by the end of the year.⁠

We recently had the pleasure of hosting our 26th Annual Milender White Beyond Building Golf Tournament, and what an incredible day it was!

Milender White's 6th Annual Southern California Beyond Building Golf Tournament brings together great people, friendly competition and a shared commitment to giving back, all in support of local children's charities across Southern California.

Progress continues at Traer Creek!

Siding is nearing completion on the first building, half of the parking lot is now complete, and interior finishes are well underway. This week, our team had the opportunity to walk the mock-up unit with the ownership group, marking another exciting milestone as the project continues to take shape.

Milender White has sponsored the Children's Hospital Los Angeles' 10th Annual Walk and Play this weekend at the Santa Monica Pier! This event is near and dear to our very own Billy Becerra's heart, and he has been a part of it since its inception.

Billy's walk team is called "Rex and the Heartbreakers", and if you'd like to join them this Saturday (June 6th), they would love to have you! The festival opens at 8am and the walk starts at 10am.

Milender White's 2nd Annual Trade Partner Appreciation Event was a fantastic, and only a little wet, success!

We had a great time hanging out with long-time partners and friendly new faces, enjoying beverages, tacos, and BBQ from the Tacos El Divino 1 and Farm to Truck food trucks.

Even though it got a little rainy toward the end, we had an excellent time and got to celebrate our partners that have made invaluable contributions to our projects. We can't wait to do it again next year!
