O’Brien Building Inspections is proud to highlight Lucas Villalba, an exceptional inspector and a vital part of our team for over two years. Lucas is a certified inspector with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), bringing a wealth of specialized knowledge to every property he evaluates.
Before entering the inspection industry, Lucas served honorably for four years as a U.S. Navy Engineer. During his military career, he excelled as a work center supervisor, mastering the logistics of complex mechanical systems. This background instilled in him a sharp eye for technical details and taught him to lead teams with kindness, precision, and integrity. Following his service, Lucas transitioned into the construction industry, where he gained hands-on knowledge of structural framing, materials, and building systems. This practical experience sparked his passion for home inspections, prompting him to pursue a formal education in the field. Today, Lucas has completed over 250 inspections with O’Brien Building inspections and remains deeply committed to delivering top-tier service to the community he calls home
