Up for sale is a 1924 Model T Ford Roadster project. This vehicle appears to be largely complete and would make a great project for a Model T enthusiast or collector.

The car has been sitting for several years and will need a tune-up and mechanical servicing before it can be expected to run. It also needs a new top and has several minor blemishes and scratches consistent with its age and condition. No major issues have been observed.

According to the current owner, the vehicle was purchased from the original owner in 1957.

This sale features three separate areas, all filled with high-quality items and something for everyone!

🏠 Main Residence

The four-bedroom home includes a formal living room and a large kitchen/living area. Every room is stocked with a wide variety of quality household items, furniture, collectibles, and much more.

🔧 Garage

The garage is packed with quality tools, yard equipment, am******on reloading supplies, camping gear, household items, and more.

🚐 Large Covered RV Area

The third area is a large, covered outdoor RV area filled with additional tools, household items, furniture, collectibles, and much more.

This is an estate with a tremendous amount of high-quality merchandise, and everything will be priced to sell!

Due to the large volume of items, we will not be answering individual pricing questions prior to or during the sale.

Please remember:

● Bring your own boxes and packaging materials.

● Bring help to move and load larger items.

🚗 PARKING:

Parking will be available in the field located just south of the main residence. The entrance to the parking area will be off the road just south of the residence.

Please follow the signs: The home is located at the very end of a flag lot, behind the two properties at the front. Parking is available behind the detached three-car garage in the open field. Please do not block the driveway.

This sale will feature a great selection of household items, tools, furniture, mid-century modern chairs, kitchenware, collectibles, vintage toys, and much more!

Everything will be priced to sell! Due to the volume of items, we will not be answering pricing questions prior to or during the sale.

We will be hosting a fun downsizing estate sale in Pismo Beach this Saturday from 9 AM until 3 PM.

The sale will consist of vintage albums, lots of kitchenware, household items, two brand new couch sets, dining table, China hutch, oak desk, antiques, collectibles, outdoor furniture, and much more!

We are in the process of pricing, so we will not be answering any pricing questions at this time. We will not be able to sell anything before the sale starts with the exception of the larger furniture items (couches, dining table, China hutch, and oak desk).

Please bring help to load larger items. Please bring your own packaging material. We will be accepting cash, Venmo, and credit cards. We will be charging a 5% credit card transaction fee for all credit card transactions.
