We will be hosting a fun downsizing estate sale in Pismo Beach this Saturday from 9 AM until 3 PM.

The sale will consist of vintage albums, lots of kitchenware, household items, two brand new couch sets, dining table, China hutch, oak desk, antiques, collectibles, outdoor furniture, and much more! 

We are in the process of pricing, so we will not be answering any pricing questions at this time. We will not be able to sell anything before the sale starts with the exception of the larger furniture items (couches, dining table, China hutch, and oak desk).

Please bring help to load larger items. Please bring your own packaging material. We will be accepting cash, Venmo, and credit cards. We will be charging a 5% credit card transaction fee for all credit card transactions.

1988 Mercedes 560SL w/approximately 70k original miles. Original owner! All service records. This vehicle is very clean and runs great! Everything works great with the exception of the air conditioning. There’s a small leak in the system and the cooling fluid has to be refilled occasionally.

This sale is for serious buyers only. The owners of the residence are requesting for 15 people to be in the house at one time. However, the garage will be open and available to shop in while waiting. 

The owners of the residence are also requesting no food or drinks in the residence, no animals, no small children, and no public restrooms.

The recliner and ottoman set is a Stressless Royal model by the Norwegian furniture manufacturer Ekornes. This iconic mid-century modern design is known for its ergonomic comfort and the brand's patented mechanisms.

Both the chair and the ottoman are an excellent condition. Lightly used. Paid over $2600 for a new period located in Cambria. Must bring help to load.

The chair is approximately 35 inches wide, 23 inches deep, 17 inches tall. The ottoman is approximately 22 1/2 inches wide, 16 inches deep, 14 inches tall.
