I must say, this has been one busy July. I’m proud to say I was ranked number 25 out of over 800 agents at LAER for units sold with even taking a much-needed week off for vacation. Back at doing what I love today. Started at 7:30 at the office followed by a home inspection with one of my clients. Later, scheduled contractors for some estimates and this evening showed 3 homes to a first-time buyer couple then a 4th home to another first-time couple. One is getting prequalified this evening with a great lender a recommended to hopefully make an offer by tomorrow.

I love being able to share in this exciting new chapter in their lives. I’m proud of the work they have done to establish credit, save a little and being able to qualify for one of if not the biggest and most rewarding purchase of their lives.
