We’re excited to announce that Elliott Yourse has joined PeakMade Real Estate as our Director of Data & AI.

With more than 15 years of experience in enterprise data, analytics, and artificial intelligence, Elliott brings a wealth of expertise helping organizations transform how they use data to make smarter decisions. His experience spans Fortune 500 transformations, as well as work with leaders across the student housing and multifamily industries.

In his new role, Elliott will lead PeakMade’s data and AI ecosystem, from data architecture and analytics to governance, reporting, automation, forecasting, and emerging AI capabilities.

Today, we are proud to announce the appointment of Casey Petersen as Chief Executive Officer, ushering in a new chapter at PeakMade Real Estate.

Casey returns to PeakMade after previously serving over 17 years with the company, most recently as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the company’s operating platform.

Petersen succeeds longtime Chief Executive Officer Bob Clark, whose vision and leadership have helped shape PeakMade into one of the industry's most recognized development and management companies.

As part of the phased transition, Bob Clark will shift to the role of Chairman at PeakMade Real Estate where he will be primarily focused on transitioning day-to-day leadership to Petersen, while also staying engaged as a board member.

Last month's Accounting Symposium brought together learning, collaboration, and a whole lot of friendly competition!
